Southbury

Ideally located along the I-84 corridor between Danbury and Hartford, Southbury’s population has expanded rapidly. Through planned development and strict zoning regulations, it has maintained its rural feel. Southbury is home to a  significant IBM corporate park and the new Timex World Headquarters. Corporate jets are easily accommodated at Oxford Airport located 6 miles east of Southbury Corporate Park. It is also just south of Woodbury, CT, the antique capital of Connecticut. The excellent school system – Pomperaug Region 15 Schools which service the towns of Southbury and Middlebury – have attracted many corporate relocation families in recent years.
